The Pound For Pound Ultimate Weight Loss Challenge has been designed to help guide, educate, and motivate everyone involved in the challenge. We train together, we support each other, we motivate each other, and best of all we lose weight together.
HOW IT WORKS:
Every week you can attend one of two P4P classes to workout with the group and you can attend as many MSPFitness classes as you like a week. We will do weekly check-ins at MSPFitness and will have a private facebook group so that you have support when you're not at the studio from people all on the same journey as you, to lose weight and feel magnificent about yourself.
The fantastic part is that you are losing weight as a group so, from day one, everyone weighs-in, the total group weight is calculated and the challenge is to lose 20% of that total group weight in 8 weeks as a group.
For example, if 10 people all weigh in at 180 lbs/12.8st the total group weight would be 1800 lbs/128.5st.
20% of the total group weight would be 360 lbs/25.7st. That's an average of 36 lbs/2.5st per person over the 8 weeks and only 4.5 lbs/0.32st per person, per week. That's a very healthy and sustainable weight loss.
HOW WE DO IT:
We have dedicated P4P sessions every Tuesday at 07:00 AM or Tuesday at 07:00 PM.
These sessions are specially designed classes that focusing on weight loss, building confidence and self-esteem in a safe unjudgemental environment with loads of support and guidance in and outside of the sessions.
Cognitive Behaviour Training is a major part of this course and it's my mission to help you try and understand why you do the things you do and see if we can rewire that behaviour.
Body Tracking your journey is so important, as you never know how far you have come until you can see where you have come from. So every week I will track your weight, update goals and targets, and do your full-body measurements at the beginning and end of the course with progress pictures.
Food Analytics has proven to be the format to help people understand their food. No boring meal plans, instead, I analyse and breakdown your everyday food choices, eating patterns, and habits and together we make some small tweaks and educate you on the foods that you love so that you never feel like you're on a diet plan.
That's not all, you will also get full access to all MSPfitness Classes, and have the option to take three 30 minute sports massage sessions within this course.
I've seen every possible problem you may be facing, I've heard every possible excuse you make and I know how to get you past it all. However, This is NO diet club, NO quick fix, and sure as hell is NO CUDDLE CLUB!
